Mangoes are my absolute favorite fruit. Lucky me, this fantastic fruit is in season here is Grand Cayman, they grow in abundance, and people give them away for free. There is a lady that works for Chris who found out about my love for mangoes and keeps me in constant supply. Then there are also people from church that give them to us. I am loving every bite.

He was heaven to my taste buds. The most succulent and tender fruit I have ever had. I could peel the skin off with my fingers.
